Hoot Extra takes all of the benefits and features of our Free Essential service and elevates it to the next level.

Extra is where all of our new, bigger and better products land first - plus we have plans to grow it even more in the near future, making it better and better value for money all the time.

Every user needs to start with an Essential account. If you've not done so already, sign up for free by clikcing the button below. Once you're up and running, you can upgrade to Extra.

Here is a summary of some Extra's advanced features:

Website domain name
Your Hoot will be even more distinctive under Extra. We'll secure you a personalised website address to promote. All the same features as Essential with a bespoke twist.

Accounting functions
Track expenses as well as sales. Upload digital images of receipts to the system meaning you don't have to keep paper copies. Get a real-time view of the profitability of your events.

Online shop
Sell whatever you want directly from your own online shop. Imagine you have stock left over from an event and you would like to move it on. List it for sale on the site and collect payment online. Hoot will keep track of stock levels, too.

Upload your own agenda/minutes
Some users already have their own systems in place for agendas and minutes. Our 'upload your own' function means you can uploads DOC's, PDF's & more and make them available on your Hoot website.

No advertising
As you are a premium user, we won't display any advertising on your public Hoot website.

Premium support
Not only will you have full access to our online knowledgebase of support articles, but you will also be able to get in touch with our help team. On hand to answer yours questions, with the aim of getting you up and running in no time at all.
